He utilizes the latest internet marketing tools to expose his client’s properties to a large range of qualified businesses. Kevin's excellent strength in negotiations has been instrumental in crafting an amazing track record in his career, exposing him to a portfolio of blue-chip clients including retailers, Ace Hardware, CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, Baja Fresh, Baskin-Robbins (Inspire Brands), Domino's Pizza, Only Yourx Cosmetics, Orange Theory Fitness, Perspire Sauna Studio, Rack Attack, Souplantation, Trick or Treat Studios, UFC Gym and Zoom Room. Furthermore, he maintains excellent relationships with property owners, Douglas Emmett, Irvine Company, Lewis Retail Centers, Merlone Geier and Gerrity Group to name a few. Kevin has a thorough knowledge and understanding of markets, regions and his client's customer base. Recently, he secured a location for his client Baskin-Robbins which had the second largest grand opening in the company’s history. Kevin spends most of his days staying up to date with the latest commercial real estate news.
