Foothill Blvd. Claremont, CA 91711 (otherwise known as Route 66). Bikram Hot Yoga is relocating from its former location in La Verne, CA. They selected the shopping center for its location and efficient space configurations. Sherman Oaks, California- C.R.E.-NETWORK (Commercial Real Estate Network), is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the new 7-Eleven store located at 15445 Ventura Boulevard Sherman Oaks, California 91403. Kevin G. C.R.E.-NETWORK has just Completed Five Leases with National Credit Tenants 

Sherman Oaks, California- C.R.E.-NETWORK (Commercial Real Estate Network), a leading provider of commercial real estate services in Los Angeles, is pleased to announce it has completed five national credit retail leases including three with Baskin-Robbins, T-Mobile and Fit Body Boot Camp. The two leases for Baskin-Robbins will be new store locations in Moreno Valley and Sylmar, CA. The third Baskin-Robbins's lease is a renewal in Ventura, CA. The T-Mobile location will be in Huntington Beach, CA. Lastly, the new Fit Body Boot Camp location will be in Claremont, CA.  "These are all long-term leases which add stability to the existing tenant base and the shopping center itself", according to Kevin G. Baskin-Robbins, the popular ice cream chain with over 7,800 locations worldwide, has taken two 1,200 square foot plus sites in grocery anchored shopping centers. The new Baskin-Robbins site will be in a Vons Shopping Center located at 13768 Foothill Boulevard Sylmar, CA 91342. The other Baskin-Robbins site will be located in a Food For Less Shopping Center at 12210 Perris Boulevard Moreno Valley, CA 92557. Kevin G. Boasberg represented Baskin-Robbins for both lease transactions. Mr. Boasberg is Baskin-Robbins Corporate's Broker for the last three years in the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Ventura Counties.

T-Mobile, one of the largest wireless providers in the U.S., has taken a 1,650 square feet site with co-tenants Ace Hardware, Goodwill and Subway located at 9073 Adams Avenue Huntington Beach, CA 92646. Mr. Boasberg represented the landlord, Huntington Beach Shopping Center LTD. on this transaction.

Fit Body Boot Camp, is one of the fastest growing fitness franchise with hundreds of locations worldwide, has taken a 3,000 square foot plus site in the Sprouts Shopping Center located at 855 West Foothill Boulevard Claremont, CA 91711. This site is right down the street from the Claremont Colleges. Fit Body Boot Camp fits in naturally with the existing tenant base which consists of Bikram Yoga and Natural Cure Wellness. Mr. Boasberg brokered this transaction on behalf of the landlord, Greenwood Management L.L.C.
